The Suite

The design of a suite in a hotel that was sold within 24 hours after giving away the renderings

I was asked by a friend to take over the design of a master suite in his hotel. The plan was to do a long term lease of the suite (8 years) to an Italian customer that was already interested at the time. 

In order to close the deal, the customer wanted to see the renderings so the clock was ticking....

Me and Eirini inspected the site and found out that a lot had to be done. However, upon inspection, one thing was clear. A big window facing the sea and everything built around it!

With a deadline of 10 (!!!!!!) days, Eirini got to work and she brought her top game... 

Here are some of the renderings she came up with.

A suite of 65 sq. meters with 2 independent bedrooms and a living area. 

I sent the renderings to Manolis and he forwarded them to the customer. She asked for some time in order to examine the deal... The next day Manolis showed the renderings to another customer and got a deal on the spot!

Now I have about 4 months to build it...
