Update from the construction of the suite...
The suite is on its way... here are some photos from the construction site. We are expecting to deliver the project ahead of schedule and within the next month and a half...!
| The elevator apparatus that was removed |
| The elevator's electricity board. This is a museum piece by the way... |
| Looking for the column... |
| Marking everything in order to avoid mistakes... |
So we got started and we are well on our way now... More updates will be posted with the finalization photos!
| Getting the sides done... |
| Installing the internal roofing |
| The existing roof slab was treated with a specialised concrete treatment due to its proximity to the sea |
| Creating the openings installing thermal insulation and arranging electricals! |
By the time I'm writing these words all the internal roofing is complete, electrical installation is complete as well and we're in the process of flooring. We have then scheduled the furnishing installation before we do a test drive on this baby! Guess who's going in first!
Eirini is supervising it solely and by the looks of it she's bringing in her top game!
*UPDATE* The suite has been completed on time and it's looking GREAT. It is sold out since day 1 and we haven't had the chance yet to get in and take the final photos. Expect a full post when we do so...!!!!
